Urgently required Overnight prep chef cum cleaner for a reputed restaurant in Dubai.Responsibilities: Fixed list of food preparation Deep cleaning of the kitchen after service. Willing to work a graveyard shift. 11pm-8am. Dual responsibility of deep cleaning the kitchen, overseeing any maintenance services (grease trap, ecology unit, AC maintenance, pest control) and doing prep works.Salary Package: 3000-4000dhsPreferred nationality: Sri Lankan male, Indian male, Nepalese male.Experience required: No less than 2-3 years in commercial kitchens.
