Role-Preparing conditions of contract (including consultancy agreements). -Preparing conditions of subcontract. -Monitoring contractual compliance. -Assessing and negotiating claims (including consultant’s claims). -Analysing contractors’ claims. -Preparation and submittal of proposal for contract variations. -Interpreting contract conditions in response to the contractor claims, project leadership queries and employer queries. -Managing potential variations and claims including record-keeping and following up with the contractor, site engineers and client. -Preparing documentation for potential future arbitration hearings -Review of interfacing packages’ tender conditions along with other documents and providing guidance to the project leadership teamQualifications– Degree qualified to a minimum of Bachelors’ degree or equivalent – Minimum 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in a similar role – Ability to multi-task and work under pressure – Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. – Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise workload and meet challenging deadlines – Ability to anticipate and resolve any potential issues arising, particularly when priorities change at short notice – Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverable across individuals, teams and projects
