ob Responsibility:Responsible for international brands with local distribution rights held by the company Manage a team of sales & account managers attend local trade shows & exhibitions – working with the Marketing team on new product launches and variety of other market communications initiatives Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers Organising sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, conferences and meetings, reviewing sales performance, negotiating contracts and packages. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs Visit retailers to demonstrate products, Put together catalogues advertising products. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Direct foreign sales and service outlets of an organization. Job Type / CategoryRequirements –A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for a brand or range of products. Must have current experience in leading a sales function across consumer related products. Any Graduate or Degree Holder Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns. Must have experience from the food and beverage industry Must be willing to travel and promote sales. Knowledge of finding the right market to sell the product.
