A Joinery Company is looking for highly qualified individuals to join a team of Professionals:
• Managerial Level
a. Operations Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Make sure an organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
b. Finance Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Estimating the amount of capital required for the proper functioning of the business.
2. Sources to raise funds, acquisition of funds and utilizing funds.
3. Managing the available cash and Control of Finance
c. Commercial Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Financial management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business as well as negotiating and agreeing contracts which can be worth millions of pounds.
2. Typically have a Quantity Surveying background with over 8-10 years’ construction industry experience.
d. Project Manager (3)
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
2. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
e. Interior Fit-out/Design Manager (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers.
2. Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule.
3. Quality control of work done at site.
4. Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
f. Construction Manager (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and supervise a wide variety of projects, including the building of all types of residential, commercial, and industrial structures, roads, bridges, power plants, schools, and hospitals. Oversee specialized contractors and other personnel.
2. Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
3. Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
4. Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
5. Report on work progress and budget matters to clients
6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
7. Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
8. Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies
9. Select, hire, and instruct labourers and subcontractors
10. Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
g. Senior Designers/Drawing Managers (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Developing design strategies
2. Managing projects
3. Collaborating with team members
4. Meeting customers
5. Delegating tasks
6. Mentoring team members
7. Attending meetings and Conducting presentation
8. Evaluating performance
h. Maintenance Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the installation, repair and upkeep of an employer’s property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures.
2. Delegate tasks to subordinates, from painting and drywall repair to more complex activities like electrical, heating and air-conditioning work.
