Job Details –
A well-established maintenance Company based in UAE is looking for Kitchen Equipment Technician.
Requirements –
• 2-6 years of kitchen equipment Technician experience in Maintenance or Facility Industry in UAE.
• ITI or Diploma Holder
• Ideal candidate must be familiar with fridges-freezers, fry vat, hot capital equipment, exhaust etc.
• Should have basic electrical knowledge.
• Good communication in English & Arabic.
• Job Responsibility:
• Repair, replace or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical wiring controls and piping according to specifications code
• Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls and humidity controls according to wiring schematics.
• Maintain Freon dispensing records to meet federal requirements.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all food service (kitchen) and refrigeration equipment, including changing of filters, and cleaning condensers and coils.
