Finance Manager (Construction)
Our company is looking for Male Finance Manager and requires candidates come from similar background.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables and timing.
• Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.
• Monitor cash balances and requirement.
• Review Company financial reports and seek ways to reduce cost.
Qualifications & Skills
• Should have the ability to ensure the corporate integration of finance, treasury and cash management objectives, policies and procedure.
• Should be able to demonstrate the capacity to build relationships internally and externally.
• Should have the ability to quickly establish credibility across an organization and engage others to ensure the most effective and efficient implementation of finance functions.
• Should have at least 5yrs background in Construction Industry. Resides in U.A.E
• Should have Math Skills. Must be skilled in Math.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Both oral and written in English and Arabic.
• Problem solving skills and initiative.
