Job Description:
– Duration 6 Months minimum (could be a year)
– Language Arabic Speaking Mandatory
– Mobilization ASAP
Skill Sets Required:
– Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite (HRMS modules)
– Experience in implementing UAE Government departments/Public sector
– Knowledge of HRMS UAE Localizations
– Minimum 3 to 4 full cycle implementations
– Strong Skills in core HRMS, Payroll, HR self Service and performance management
– Strong technical skills in troubleshooting HRMS issues
– Knowledge of HRMS Technical is required
– Strong documentation Skills
