Job Description:
Enterprise Integration Architect (Mandatory Arabic Speaking): Expert in understanding business requirements, articulating solution to address those requirements and use of software and computer systems architectural principles to integrate a set of enterprise computer applications.
The following are the required skills:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in top consulting organization doing System and application integration.
• Substantial EA/IT consulting experience in Government industry preferably in the middle east.
• Exceptional experience various EBS, MIddleware, BPM, workflows, G2G, G2C G2B experience
• Exceptional experience in SOA, Service definition, design, implementation and discovery; utilizing different frameworks SOAP, REST, RPC, DCOM, CORBA, web services and WCF
• Experience with Integration/middleware development products/approaches (MQ, ESB,EAI, XML, Web Services etc.) in a complex mixed vendor/bespoke application environment, including a detailed understanding of how data quality and integrity is maintained across complex, distributed systems
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality. Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as BPEL Process Manager, Business activity monitoring (BAM), Oracle Enterprise Service Bus, Oracle Service Registry, Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (Oracle BAM), Oracle Enterprise Manager and Web Logic Server
• Powerful verbal, written, presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Experience facilitating high level client meetings and managing a robust portfolio of client projects
• Should have a strong customer service mindset, and be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and drive.
• Willingness to be onsite at a client location and able to travel extensively to support the needs of the business
• Experience in working with large distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably in the middle east
• Should have at least 3 reference-able Integration projects in the past 6 years utilizing industry standard middleware.
• Experience leading technical architecture and design and development workstreams spread across multiple functional areas; proven leader
• Broad knowledge of IT and an excellent understanding of how technology impacts on other business functions.
• Strong data architecture and logical/physical database modeling background (Oracle and SQL Server)
• Formal modeling techniques, including exposure to UML and other diagramming techniques
• Exposure to multiple development frameworks (.Net, J2EE etc.), most likely including expert level software development background in at least one mainstream language
• Understands the technologies involved, current IT developments and industry direction
• Problem solving, able to resolve issues of a complex or strategic nature
