We are currently required Office Assistant for a Food & Beverage company based in Dubai.

Responsibilities include but not limited to maintain daily and monthly sales, inventory report.

Handle office bills and payments.

Coordinate with all the suppliers regarding SOA and cheque release, receive and respond to electronic communications.

Coordinate with all the outlets in regards to daily expenses.

Must be well-organized and efficient, professional and smart.

Good computer and excellent English communication skills.
