Minimum Qualifications: High Diploma/Diploma in Business Administration or economics or finance or accounting or any equivalent degree..

Short Overview of the Roles & Responsibilities:

– Proceeding the procedures of the requisitions, request for quotation RFQ & request for proposals RFP
– Proceeding on the purchasing & delivering procedures & coordinating with the finance team for the payment procedures for the suppliers.
– Preparing & Issuing LPO’s & quotation’s
– Preparing & proceeding on the tendering & contracting procedures
– Monitoring the supply chain management procedures
– Maintaining & building strong relations with the approved suppliers & enhancing the relations with our prequalified suppliers
– Evaluating & monitoring the performance of the approved existing suppliers and the prequalified suppliers
– Keeping track & updating all the data of the approved suppliers.
– Keeping track of the procurement procedures based on effective key performance indicators according to the best standards to assure total quality management in the procurement procedures.
– Tracking, auditing, updating & managing the assets of the company
– Update the health insurance log on a monthly basis.
– Tracking the materials in the store and update it on a monthly basis.
– Update the visa report of all the current employees by coordinating with the HR Unit.
– Following up with the concerned suppliers & partners with regards to the outstanding bills.

– Led the efforts of the procurement and sourcing department to search for new products supply channels in order to implement cost savings at all levels of the organization.
– Assist in Managing the list of vendors available in the market for the firm and evaluated the best one for production
– Assist in representing the firm in the market while purchasing materials as well as bargained with suppliers to avail the best purchase cost
– Documented and maintained books of accounts consisting of all the purchase information and stock of raw-materials
– Researched the market to gather information related to raw materials available along with the substitutes and their costs
– Maintained a friendly as well as professional relationship with suppliers, in order to develop long term relationships
