Job Summary:
The Material Receiver is responsible in monitoring and requesting of raw materials needed by Production based on daily tentative pouring schedule subject to Production Supervisor/Manager s approval. Receives the deliveries by measuring or weighing of raw materials. Visually checks the quality of raw materials received. Conducts daily and weekly inventory of raw materials. Complying with QHSE procedures/policies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Monitors the status of the raw materials and ensures that raw materials are available at all time for production use.
? Requests the needed raw materials based on the daily tentative schedule and have it approved by the production supervisor/manager.
? Receives the daily deliveries and checks the necessary delivery documents.
? Visually inspects the quality of raw materials received and advises the QC for any unusual concern.
? Prepare reports related to raw materials or other related reports.
? Reporting of accidents and near misses to concern person.
? Self-protection by using the required PPEs.
? Discontinuing of activity in case of any HSE violation.
? Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
