Job responsibilities.
To work as a team member with the Production/Maintenance department.
To plan, install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment’s and associated electrical and electronic controls PLC/VFD/Sensors/HMI/Relays/contactors.
Performing routine maintenance duties of logging data and monitoring machine performances.
Conduct preventive maintenance, trouble calls, and breakdown maintenance as needed and assigned.
Adhering maintenance protocols in line with JAFZA,FSSC and HACCP requirements.
Includes:-
Ensure Safe working conditions for man and machines prior conducting jobs.
Food safety is not compromised while and after conducting maintenance jobs.
Identify and eliminate food/safety hazards.
Maintain and evaluate critical spare parts.
Explore the possibilities to improve work process and operating efficiencies.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules, resolve technical problems.
Requirement:-
ITI/Diploma degree in Electrical/Electronics.
3 to 5 years of work experience as electrical technician in FMCG industry.
Able to Interpret Electrical and mechanical drawings.
Skilled to troubleshoot automation and electrical and electromechanical equipment’s.
Strong communication skills in English / Hindi.
Basic understanding of Refrigeration system.
