Duties and Responsibilities ? Responsible for ensuring all welding works needed for the project meet the specified requirements and attain the required quality level of Albaddad ? Responsible for completing all relevant welding work inspections and prepare quality report ? Authorize to accept or reject welding work products/services not in conformance with Albaddad standard requirements ? Ensure quality plan are implemented and provide welding work records to document controller for safekeeping and for quality internal audits ? Report welding activities and welder performance ? Ensure that technical standards are met in the highest degree of satisfaction for regulatory compliance to ensure approval of submittals in a timely manner and smooth handover. ? Establish a NCR Report and distribute to the production or project team ? Raise Non-Conformance Report and initiates corrective actions Qualifications ? A Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering ? At least three (3) Years of relevant work experience in the similar role Skills and Abilities ? Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering ? At least three (3) Years of experience for a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing environment ? Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Working Conditions ? Exposed to heat and high noise ? Breathing of paint fumes while doing for inspections
