? Must be exposed to Claims Submission & Management
? Will be part of a Claims Preparing / Assessment Team
? Review sub-contractor delay claims for substantiation
? Will liaise with Commercial Team and Planning Team and exchange information
? Ability to assess potential time impacts of variations.
? Attend meetings with Client, Engineer, Contractor and Sub-Contractors as needed to review schedule and issues.
? Review and analyze various types of schedule and submission logs / reports
Qualifications:
? 10-15 years of experience in Project Planning
? Must be Civil Engineering degree
? Must have good English verbal and written skills. Arabic is a plus but not required.
? Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Primavera P6 scheduling programs.
? Have construction base experience and knowledge of construction sequencing.
? Must be able to utilize other software applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
