We are looking for a Software programmer who is having minimum 4-5 years of experience: ? Evaluate the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications or resources. ? Discuss with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing database programs ? Combine software solutions to higher level systems ? Suggest strategies to increase data use and demand amongst program staff. ? Convert software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the suitable language ? Verify program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence or codes. ? Assess in documenting data management processes ? Work with business analysts and developers to generate software designs for the company ?
