Must have at least 2-year UAE experience in cleaning company
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs
Speaks English Fluently & Clearly
Clear Or Neutral Accent
Excellent communication skills
Able to easily interact with her Customer
Problem solving skills
Admin duties as specified by management
Administration Experience
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
File and update contact information of employees, customers,
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
Language: English, Hindi, Arabic is a bonus.
