1)Supervising the operation of equipment related to MEP Plan, Supervising schedule preventive maintenance, break down and corrective maintenance activities.
2)Planning and executing the preventive, predictive and root cause analyses or breakdown maintenance.
3)Creating PPM Plans for all the maintenance contracts and ensured that they were being carried out accordingly.
4)Carrying out site inspection for Modification of HVAC/MEP system installation & advice and guidance to supervisor involving all aspects of MEP design, operation maintenance and repair.
5)Supervising standard maintenance activities of Electrical and Plumbing installations carried out by the technical staff.
4)Preparing spare parts stock minimum reorder quantities and monitor movement as required.
5)Maintaining the records of equipment’s and maintenance activities carried out for future references.
6)Coordinating with the suppliers for the equipment’s in case of warranty claims.
7)Supervising the standard maintenance activities of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Installations carried out by the subcontractors.
8)Supervising the operation of equipment’s when integrated with BMS.
9)Organizing the workers as per the nature of the complaints.
10)Maintaining effective relations with customers and key external parties to facilitate business.
