Attending incoming & outgoing call. Operate telephone and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls. Email accounts management and reply to mails or rerouting of mails to the persons concerned. Make Invoices & keep track of them /Documenting same Carry out other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required (e.g. keyboarding and data entry or photocopying) during quieter periods on the switchboard.
