Custom Service Executive: Custom Clearance
We are urgently looking for Custom Service Executive-Custom Clearance-Male Candidate Only with below experience who can join our team immediately:
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform and implement all customs clearance activities such as following up on incoming shipments, documents transactions and day to day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.
• Managing all the documentation and submission through E-Mirsal & calogi is mandatory.
• Should have an excellent knowledge in Dubai Trade & Dubai Custom system of both Air and Sea.
• Well versed with Online Application i.e. E-Mirsal I, II and E-Clearance Bill of Entry (Dubai Customs).
• Closely monitoring all inbound and outbound international shipments.
• Knowledge in online application for Dubai Municipality approval.
• Preparing documents for Customs Clearance & Customs submission on time.
• Following up with Dubai customs for duties refund
• Following up with clients for related temporary imports, re-export documents
• Preparing Export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Exit Certificate, Export Declaration etc.
• Handling all kind of customs clearance process and Freight forwarding of Sea & air
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 5-year of custom clearance experience in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the UAE’s Import-Export and logistic market.
• Experience in preparing exemptions and permissions
• Excellent communication skills in English Writing & Speaking.
Please note that U.A.E driving license and CAR is MANDATORY
