Duties include:
Recruiting sales advisors / agents for a range of insurance / investment products.
Training , Guiding, Motivating advisors/ agents to fulfill their objectives.
Achieving and exceeding team’s weekly and monthly sale targets.
Ensuring the sales process from beginning to end is correct, efficient, keeping customers up-to-date on any issues or delays to maintain the Company’s reputation in the market.
