Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct assistant to the company owner.
• Accounts payable and receivable on computer using QuickBooks Pro software.
• Create and maintain a working file system.
• Order parts and supplies. Handle shipping and receiving.
• Answer telephone. Scheduling. Dispatch. Handle customer service and relations. Preparation of warranty and rebate forms for customers.
• Preparation of correspondence. Manage service technician.
• Payroll, payroll taxes and reports. Sales tax and reports. Prepare company books for accountant for end-of-year closing and taxes.
• Creation and analysis of company financial reports to pinpoint problem areas and create quarterly budgets.
• Assist in marketing and advertising decisions.
• Preparation of estimates using MS Word software. Maintain parts and service call databases using MS Excel and Access. Creating templates for office forms and letters.
• Human Resources functions.
• Retail sales.
Requirements:-
• Has 3-4 years of relevant Experience
• Have GCC Experience
• Have background of Accounting
