Minimum Qualification: Duly attested Degree from a reputed university.
Experience: A female Indian candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Services is mandatory.
Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the MSO.
Manage the entire MSO team.
Coordinating with the Sales Manager (SM) for the new requirements, meeting the customers along with the SM, reviewing the existing contracts and renewing them, forecasting & keeping the CVs (bench) ready.
Forwarding the CV’s to the customers as per the mutually agreed skill sets scope, coordinating with customers for remote or local interview, preparing the proposals, negotiating and preparing the contracts, negotiating with the candidates, coordinating with HR for the Visa, accommodation, etc.,
Attending the customer Project kick-off meetings.
Monitoring the attendance of the resources at site & keeping the backup resource.
Attending the customer review meetings (monthly)
Responding to customer requests, complaints, etc.
