Hiring Marketing Person For Contracting Company Al Burraq Interiors (Dubai)

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Person with Extraordinary marketing Skills to join our Contracting Company.Duties:· Search for and bid on new projects· Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project· Consider how space will be used and how people will move through space· Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures· Prepare final plans, using computer applications· Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs· Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements· Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied· Shall be responsible for getting new projects for the company.· The method used for obtaining new projects shall be by physical visits to clients, clients’ representatives, consultants, etc.· Shall be responsible for follow-ups with clients for potential projects until the signing stage, after that, there will be follow-ups during construction in regards to customer relations and payments. * Requirements:· Candidate must be fluent in English with good presentation skills.· The Arabic language is an additional preference.· Candidates work will be with clients, and he can work on proposals, presentations, etc.· The Candidate should have previous knowledge and experience in the UAE construction market.· Technical educational background is a must.· Located in the UAE currently· Immediate candidates preferred but not essentialJob Type: Full-timeEducation:· High school or equivalent (Preferred)For interview and further clarifications Please feel free to contact on this number: 052-6906305Job Type: Full-timeExperience:marketing Contracting: 1 year (Preferred)
