Job Details – A well renowned Spa & Wellness, Beauty Industry is looking for experienced Female General Manager. Requirements – • A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in managerial position. • Must have current experience as General Manager. • Must be a post graduate in Business Management. • Must have experience from Beauty Industry. • Female candidate is must. Job Responsibility: • Overseeing the brand’s overall management, operations, development and expansion plans. • Coordinating the major rebranding and refit of the Spa. • To analyse trends and innovations of Spa, Review of new products, and alignment with brand offering. • Annual strategy for brand growth, analysing market competition and sector growth • Evaluation of brand performance, outlet performance and team capabilities • Providing operational direction and strategic development for the brand, including complete brand revision and implementation • Overseeing of expansion plans across the region, and assessing growth in individual markets • Initiating new relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure best product, at best price point • Responsible for recruitment of team members from across the globe • Responsible for licensing and approval of therapists, including assessment and on boarding of new recruitsCV to: jobs.hrd2015@gmail.com
