Position – Buying & Merchandise manager ( Super market)
Location –Accra, Ghana
Education – Graduate/ MBA /PG
Proven experience of minimum 5+ years as a purchasing manager/ merchandiser of food, beverages and toiletries, Fruits & Vegetables& Frozen
Skill Required:
-Must have the ability to generate data, analyze data and work with figures.
-Must be able to effectively source new products at competitive prices both locally & internationally.
-Must have effective negotiation & networking skills.
-Must have strong leadership capabilities.
-Must be capable to interpret & comply to local FDA regulations
Responsibility-
-Ensure top line and bottom line delivery of targets set for the category
– Ensure availability, visibility and sales through put for the
– Optimize stock turns and deliver targeted margins.
-Develop team members to scale up as per organizational requirements
– Track competitors, analyze market trends to drive numbers
– Make projections and ensure they are met
-Will be responsible for ordering, replenishment and merchandising of frozen grocery products.
Salary – USD 3000 to USD 4000 Plus Food and Accommodation
