LawyerLocation: Dubai Occupancy: full time Lawyer (Part-time or Full-time)We are looking for Lawyer (Part-time of Full-time) can provide a day to day legal support with work experience in (BVI) companies & DIFC Courts.Key Responsibilities: 1- Work closely with Managers. 2- Investigate the facts of a case. 3- Provide legal support at commercial/technical meetings with clients, partners and vendors. 4- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. 5- Prepare correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages. 6- Get affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court. 7- File exhibits, briefs, appeals and other legal documents with the court or opposing counsel. 8- Represent company to clients, witnesses, lawyers, and outside for meetings, and depositions.Education Required: Bachelor of Law Degree.Experience Required: With work experience in (BVI) companies & DIFC Courts. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in relevant fields. Strong Legal Background. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and representation skills.
