Job Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Prepare monthly training calendar and update.
Schedule the training program.
Coordinate with candidates. ( about the training details )
Assist trainer during the conduct of training.
Proper filing of training related records for traceability.
Schedule meetings
Ensure reception area/ pantry is tidy and presentable.
Stock inventory of office supplies and training material
Prepare monthly training report
Job requirements:
Fluent in English language ( read, write and speak )other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience with office equipment. (e.g.printers)
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
