Warehouse Manager required for a company in Jebel Ali Free zone (Dubai)

Warehouse Manager with Jebel Ali Freezone experience , candidate who can join immediately will be considered. Job description: 1- To manage and look after overall warehouse operations. 2- To ensure high standard of operation. 3- Manage the inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with WMS. 4- To assist management in formulating budget and future business plan. 5- To deal with clients for existing and new business. 6- To formulate, review and revise operational systems and procedures to ensure the implementation. 7- To train the staff to adopt standard procedures and operation. 8- To manage operation related to IT activities in WMS. 9- To make procedure for proper usage and maintenance of facility and equipment’s. 10- To make an evaluation system for the staff members and decide the staff KPI’s and monitor the performance. 11- To prepare quotation in coordination with sales department. 12- To assist management in planning and execution of new projects. 13- To promote business activities for growth and improvement. 14- To submit reports on weekly and monthly bases to the GM. 15- Any other related work assigned by the management.Qualifications and Skills: 1- 5 – 10 years work experience as a warehouse manager or related position. 2- Experience in warehouse management procedures and KPIs 3- Strong knowledge of Safety Management 4- Strong knowledge of Reporting Skills and Analyzing Information 5- Excellent Leadership skills and ability to manage staff 6- Strong decision making ,problem solving skills, Judgment and communication skills
