Sales Executive Experience in building materials / sanitary wares (Sharjah)

We are one of the company that deals with building materials and sanitary ware, we have our subsidiaries in different countries and currently looking for enthusiastic salesperson to join our business. In UAE its not been very long since started and thus we are expanding our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
o Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
o Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
o Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
o Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
o Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
o Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
