Due to the continued expansion of our highly successful specialised engineering company, including our award-winning data centre design and build business, we are looking to grow our team with an experienced IT Support Technician. We are looking for someone who is keen for a fresh challenge and wants to progress their career.
Our Company work throughout the UK, Middle East and India have a growing portfolio of clients globally. We have over 200 staff and have achieved recent growth with ongoing expansion plans. We are keen to recruit candidates who will be part of this ambition.
We are looking for a quick learner who can adapt to our workload in a multitasking environment, working as part of the global Sudlows IT Team which in this role focusing on Supporting our Internal company end-users for Middle East & India. This is a challenging and rewarding role and a fantastic chance to increase your knowledge and experience.
Work location is from our Dubai Office and being able to work and support from Remotely or Home as well. You will report to the Dubai Office but will be under the supervision and guidance of the IT Department in UK.
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 5 years experience in IT support with advantage for Network Infrastructure
· Minimum College diploma in the field of Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering.
· Advantage if holding – MTAs or MCPs (Microsoft Certified Professional).
· Have broad knowledge in Microsoft Operating systems and Office packages
· Work as a team player
· Have a courteous manner
· Excellent customer service skills
· The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
· Analysis and problem-solving skills
· The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
· Ability to work under heavy workload whilst consistently producing high-quality work to tight deadlines

Salary: AED6,000.00 to AED7,000.00 /month
