CNC Machine Operator for Printing Company (Dubai)

1) Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. 2) Places and clamps scale on holding pin of routing machine conveyor belt. 3) Starts machine and observes movement of scale under router. 4) Removes trimmed scale from conveyor and inspects completed work to maintain establishment standards. 5) May tend routing machine that re-routes graduation lines removed accidentally during previous operations and be known as Rework Machine Operator. 6)Tends routing machine that trims edges of plastic drafting scales: Places and secures router tool in chuck.
