• Staff Level
a. Quantity Surveyor (6)
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
2. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
3. Coordination of work effort
4. Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
5. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
b. Accounts/Admin Staff (5)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
2. Process bank deposits
3. Prepare, send and store invoices
4. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
5. Submit tax forms
6. Identify and address discrepancies
7. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
8. Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff
c. Safety Engineer (6)
Responsibilities:
1. Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements
2. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms
4. Ensure that a building or product complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes
5. Install safety devices on machinery or direct the installation of these devices
6. Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements
7. Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
d. Planning Engineer (4)
Responsibilities:
1. Making careful choices on ways to complete tasks so that projects can be finished on time and within budget.
2. Develop a plan to complete a construction project based on budget, work schedule, and available resources.
3. Make organizational decisions such as which subcontractors to use for the given project.
e. Project Coordinators (6)
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination can range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling schedule), through engineering duties (maintenance of headcount databases, materials, configuration management) right up to junior project management duties (updating risk/opportunity registers, schedule updates, financial updates).
2. Make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.
3. Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.

Responsibilities:
1. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
2. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
3. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
4. Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
5. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
6. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
7. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
8. Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
9. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
