Accountant – Real Estate Experience
The Role
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and reporting.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day accounts operation and manage accounting system entries and documentation.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely closing.
Manage and follow up account receivables and payables
Prepare and communicate monthly financial and management reporting
Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets and cash flow forecasting
Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures and effective accounting system.
Review inter-company transactions and cost allocations to ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare, review, and file quarterly tax return.
The Candidate
Holder of a professional accounting certification (CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA, CPA) bachelor’s
Experienced in accounting for Real Estates
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Well versed with Excel and MS office application
Accurate, precise and attentive to details
Well organized with time-management skills, able to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in business English
