JOB RESPONSIBILITES
? Responsible for Final Inspection of Finished Items offered for Inspection before delivery to site and prepare Final Inspection Report.
? Raising non-conforming product report and forward to Factory QC Engineers.
? Ensure segregation of Non Conforming / Rejected Items; Ensure Disposition and Disposal of rejected items.
? Observe the House Keeping quality in the factory and report to the QC Manger.
? Give prior intimation to QC Manager about the Calibration of Measuring Instrument / Equipment at least one month before its due date arrival.
? Perform Incoming Materials Inspection as and when require and prepare incoming report
? Establish and maintain harmonious customer relationship during the third party inspection.
? Understand the requirements of Standard Operating Procedures and involve in its implementation.
? Maintain proper documentation of records.
? Responsible for Final Inspection of Finished Installed Items offered for Inspection before delivery to client and prepare Reports, as per guideline set in the Approved Project Quality Plan and / or equivalent.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
With minimum five (5) years relevant experience in façades, cladding, glass and aluminum work.
Diploma /ITI education Civil /Mechanical or equivalent & AWS/ASNT level II
