Location: Dubai
The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the factory including the following :
1. Achieving production targets and time schedules
2. Co-ordination with project manager, consultants and clients for drawings, samples, approvals etc
3. Adoption of latest and proper quality production techniques for maximum productivity
4. Dealing with other departments in the company for smooth flow of information
5. Site installation of all joinery items
6. Responsibility for profitability of joinery factory.
7. Reporting to Managament in a periodical manner.
8. Overseeing all aspects of the day to day management of all the projects including managing of workforce, operatives and subcontractors.
