Female Tele caller Indian/Filipino only with call center experience*please do not apply if you did not meet the required qualifications*•Maintain and update company databases and Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents •Answer queries by employees, clients •Update office policies as needed and maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments •Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails) •Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to introduce/propose company profile •Obtain customer information including names and addresses •Appraising properties and obtaining listings of properties for sale/rent •Marketing the property and seeking out and introducing buyers. •Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, •Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources. •Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. •Coordinating with the agent for the available properties, coming up properties & regular follow up for the Landlords/Sellers for their properties.
