ONE OF OUR BRUNEI BASED OIL&GAS COMPANY CLIENT LOOKING FOR
MARINE MARINE OFFSHORE COOK WITH UNLIMITED COC (OFFSHORE VESSELS)
QUALIFICATION : MARINE ENGINEERING
EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 5-7 YEARS REQUIRED
SALARY 50 BND PER DAY
Ensuring the proper preservation and segregation of foodstuffs in dry, cold or frozen storage.
Receiving and controlling all supplies.
The preparation of daily meals and food correct and hygienic means.
The maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene in the galley, storerooms and mess room.
The ordering of provisions and the maintenance of required food stores levels.
Assisting in the engine room maintenance and cleanliness in accordance with instruction given by Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer.
Perform security and anti-piracy watches, whenever required.
The adoption of safety practices as per Company safety policy and quality standards.
Any other duties as instructed by Master and Chief Engineer.
Qualification required minimum of Food handling certificate with Halal.
Working experience required minimum of 2 years in offshore.
