Location: Abu Dhabi
Required UAE EXPERIENCED skilled MEP FOREMAN cum technician/ Coordinator on an urgent basis.
-Strong knowledge in execution of all MEP Works on site in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, procedures and method statements.
-Thorough knowledge of installing piping works for electrical/mechanical/plumbing activities
-Carry out inspections on site and ensure that the installation is in accordance with the specification.
-Preparation/review/submittal/approval of As-Built Drawings and related documentation in a timely manner.
-Accurately measuring MEP works completed on-site for periodic billing and advise variations if any.

– must have hands-on experience in various fields
-must have experience in Repairing of various equipment
Qualification & Experience
-5 years of work experience in construction/Facility management company/ Or an electrical workshop
-Consultant experience will not be considered.
-must be Fluent in written and spoken English.
– must be Fluent in Hindi/Urdu
-Candidates should be preferably aware of DEWA/SEWA/Civil Defence requirements.
Preferences :
-BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
-Candidate with driving license preferred
-knowledge of industrial kitchen appliances installation & repairing preferred
-Candidates must be present in UAE.
– The candidate has knowledge of ATS/ Sync. Panel Making/design & Installation preferred.
