KEY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
· Responsible for the smooth operational running of all types of indoor and outdoor parties
· Provide customers with accurate information on our Party Packages.
· Supervise the overall décor and theme of parties.
· Deal with general customer service issues
· Help to develop manpower assignments for different staff members.
· Prepares the events scheduler/ calendar for the year.
· Creates and maintains a database to understand trends and develops new strategies for events and promotion for the events
