Activities/Responsibilities:
Activity: Stakeholder Engagement
• Actively and professionally engages and facilitates communications with the ICT Project Managers to capture project status data at the right time
• Clearly communicates expectations to project team members and project stakeholders for all reports and PMO requirements
Activity: Project Reporting
• Actively supports the Project Managers to complete weekly project reports into the PMO
• Quality assures all reports from project managers are to defined PMO standards and requirements
• Ensures project managers deliver project reports into the PMO at consistent and defined milestone’s
Activity: PMO Reporting
• Designs and develops a dashboard format aligned to ICT management requirements to timely report on the ICT portfolio of project and BAU investments
• Ensure ICT management are delivered quality and accurate data based on the current portfolio of project and BAU investments
• Maintains an up to date and dynamic reporting infrastructure of the current portfolio of project and BAU investments
Activity: Project Management Methodology
• Supports the Project Managers with documentation and preparation of the Project Management Plan contents (i.e. Scope of Work; Project Schedule; Project Plan)
• Supports the Project Managers with risk management
• Maintains a centralized, well-structured and configuration managed repository of all project data and information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field or the equivalent demonstrable experience
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a Project Management Controller role or Project Management Office Role aligned to and performing the above role responsibilities.
