Designer/3D Visualizer (Dubai)

A reputed company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Designer/3D Visualizer.
Job
The main duties of the Designer/Visualizer include, but are not limited to the following:
1) Create designs and detailed drawings for various types of bespoke playgrounds and adventure spaces
2) Understand concepts and initial design intents, and apply this into a graphic representation.
3) Read and interpret design drawings and images in the creation of 3D visualizations.
Technical Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
1) A qualification in Design/Architecture/Engineering or any similar course of study
2) A graphic background or similar certification / training would be desirable
Experience
1) Must have a minimum of 5-year professional experience in the same field
2) Must have an in depth understating of the different design phases leading up to the construction phase
3) Must be an expert in use of software: 3Ds Max, Vray, Lumion, SketchUp , 2D & 3D AutoCAD Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier and any other graphic or rendering software
