Job Description:
Responsibility:
• Providing architecture and technology leadership across a range of digital technologies including but not limited to Mobile/Web frameworks, Portals, Web Content Management and Collaboration platforms.
• Ability to architect and design innovative mobile apps, enterprise mobile apps, and mobile friendly Web sites
• Experienced with Mobile middleware architectures and Mobile Application Development Platforms
• Strong understanding of Mobile Security concepts.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile web and mobile app development across various operating systems and software platforms.
• Innovative and passionate about new mobile technologies and understanding of the mobile landscape.
• Excellent at communicating with customer and internal executives with the ability to think quickly on your feet and with authority
• Developing and evolving Digital architecture patterns and driving elaboration of Solution Architectures for the identified patterns.
• Leading an application development teams and solution architects while providing technical leadership to the design, development/implementation, and testing of business solutions, integrating legacy and new technologies.
• Preparing and presenting potential technical solutions and advising the business on the technical and business value of the proposition
• Working with the business, solution architects, developers, business analysts and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options
• Communicating the solution approaches to project teams and ICT management and other stakeholders
• Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating market requirements, business requirements and project briefs in order to design the most appropriate end-to-end technology solutions
• Leading the creation of solutions design documentation which documents all of the technical components necessary to meet the business and technology goals
• Strong familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies such as social media, personalization and behavioral targeting
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in the field of software development and hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly-engineered, enterprise-level mobile solutions for large clients
• Proven track record of delivering multi-channel solutions to mobile devices, desktop interfaces, and other service consumption devices
• Understanding of web analytics and the user centric design (UCD) methodology
• Development experience with .NET, J2EE/Java, MVC (Spring, Struts) SQL, XML, HTML/DHTML, CSS3/HTML5, Open Source.
• Data modeling, object modeling, design patterns, relational databases, and web technologies experience
• Experience with integrating enterprise business systems with new and advanced digital solutions (both internally and externally hosted/developed)
• Experience with deploying Service Oriented Architectures and associated Web Services development & standards
• Strong Program Execution, Project Management, and Project Budgeting skills
• Experience with user experience design, information architecture, solution prototyping, and agile web development processes
• Platform and Architecture technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms and service-level supported cloud infrastructure specific digital media experience in product development and experience in interactive marketing
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology and/or integrating diverse user systems
• Ability to lead and manage organizational change with ability to predict, recognize and manage cultural and technological changes within the organization and to prescribe corresponding transitions
