We are hiring Painters, Tile Masons, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters and Male Cleaners with Maintenance experience.Minimum 2 years Maintenance experience in the respective field.Wall Painter Job Details– Make pre-painting preparations such as covering material for protection during painting such as masking tape and protective sheets. – Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by using scraper, sand paper…etc. – Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster/stucco). – Mix paint to prepare the right color or texture for the particular job. – Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools such as rollers, brushes and spray guns.Cleaner Job Details:– Perform general and deep cleaning. – Knowledge and experience of using of cleaning chemicals – Knowledge and Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery such as polish machines and wet and dry vacuum cleaners – cleaning doors, walls, kitchen(floor, marbles, cabinets, ceiling tiles…etc.), windows, ceiling fixtures…etc. – Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors. – Empty, clean and dispose of waste containers. – Cleaning of Bathroom floor tiles, wall tiles, ceiling false tiles, WC, wash basins…etc.Plumber Job Details:– Identifying problems in plumbing systems. – Repairing plumbing problems. – Maintaining tools and equipment. – Should carry out plumbing installations.Finishing carpenter / Furniture carpenter Job Details:– Taking measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed. – Cutting, shaping and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. ceiling channels and gypsum ceiling) according to measurements. – Repair building aluminum windows, flynets, door frames, doors, staircases, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. – Carving and assembling furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated.Electrician Job Details:– Should conduct wiring and installation of electrical components and fixtures. – Studying plans and blueprints to determine layouts. – Repair and maintain electrical systems.Tile Mason Job Details:– Has good knowledge in Laying building materials, such as bricks, concrete tiles,fixing of bathtub, kitchen marble and sanitary items etc. – Install and repairs tile floor and or walls. – Knowledge of related tools,masonry techniques and materials. – Skills in the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces. – Has excellent skill in applying tile grout normal and epoxy type.Contact: 056 8430715/056 9139101Send your Cv to : alkaz.alghazi@gmail.com
