RECEPTIONIST JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system, Invoice and LPO’s preparations, email-correspondence.
ANNEXURE:
1.1 Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
1.2 Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department
directories; giving instructions.
1.3 Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
1.4 Provide excellent customer service.
1.6 Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
1.7 Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department
directories; giving instructions.
1.8 Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring
logbook; issuing visitor badges.
1.9 Maintains telecommunication system by following
manufacturer’s instructions.
1.10 Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity
among work teams by documenting and communicating
actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
1.11 Prepare coffee/tea for M.D and his guests.
1.12 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.
1.13 Need to move to any offices of ours in UAE according to
the need and will.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
2.0 Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication
2.1 Microsoft Office Skills
2.2 Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization,
Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply
Management
2.3 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in GCC in the same field.
2.4 Bachelor’s degree is a must.
