JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE* Meeting with Customers / Companies by making cold calls in the market. * Converting those Customers / Companies to Workshop for Service / Repairs. * Creating new Customers by selling Service Contracts. * Follow up thru telecalls for all Cold calls made customers. * Promoting Campaigns / Offers to customers in the market. * Distribution of publicity / promotional material to Companies / Customers whenever required. * Collection & providing market feedback to Company from time to time. * Telecalling / Follow-up with Fleet Customers for their due Service/repair/ maintenance. * Adherence to all policies & procedures lay down by the company.RequirementsSuitable candidate should have the following skills and experience:* Any Graduate / Diploma who has good communication skills in English * Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to provide outstanding customer service * Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards * Ability to maintain strong administration skills * Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to customers. * Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform their job.
