Duties and responsibilities
? Be the main contact person between the in-house client and the company.
? Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the booking, execution to evaluation of the tour.
? Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
? Act as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides, suppliers and freelancers)
? Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (reservations, account and general manager)
? Be flexible to work outside office hours if necessary
? Assist in new product development
