The role
Social media community management
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
Analyse social media campaigns and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Keep up-to-date with social media trends
Be a point of contact for a client and manage day to day client relationships as required
Attend face to face meetings with clients as and when required
Provide recommendations and make suggestions to help ensure continuous improvements in performance
Provide assistance to the Head of Social Media as required
What we’re looking for
At least 1 years’ experience in a social media management role
Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms – FB, IG, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter among others
Possesses practical knowledge of social media advertising, goals and techniques
Copy writing and Content Creation
Good Proofreading and Editing Skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Customer Service Skills
Good English is a must
Highly organised and self-motivated attitude
Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
