We are a well-established retailer that has built its reputation on quality and value for money. We are recruiting an experienced apparel and fashion retail Store Manager / Assistant Manager to join their UAE operations to lead and manage their new stores.
The Role
• Manage the retail outlet for improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and increased footfall and revenue to meet the store’s monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
• Develop pricing policies and store promotions based on sales and revenue performance and merchandising activities.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage a strong retail and operations team.
• Ensure all visual merchandising and promotional materials are line with company guidelines and displayed appropriately.
• Ensure stock is available and replenished as required.
• Cash and payment reconciliation.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
• 2-4 Years’ experience in men and women’s apparel, fashion or lifestyle retail with a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory or management experience in a well-established fashion retailer.
• Demonstrable experience of exceeding sales targets and achieving retail KPIs.
• Excellent retail operations, stock management, sales and visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to effectively manage a retail team.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability of prepare and manage retail budgets and revenue and analyze variances.
• UAE driving license. (Not must)
• Experience of pre-opening and new launched retail stores is an advantage.
• Proficient use of MS Office, ERP and PoS systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management is an advantage.
Diploma education as a minimum
Candidate Profile:
Currently living in the UAE.
Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
