Chartered accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) with 7 to 10 yrs experience required for a well established and leading Manufacturing company in UAE. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department,Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles,Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements,Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles,Coordinate and complete annual audits,Provide recommendations,Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions,Meet financial accounting objectives,Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions,MIS Reports,Product costing- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company s actual performance compared to the business plans.Develop trends and projections for the firm s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met,Manage the preparation of the company s budget.Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.Experience in an industrial field is a plus.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
