Project Manager / Site Engineer (Umm Al Quwain)

• Ensure that the Project Coordinators coordinate between external client, site, office, and sub-contractors. • Review and improve ISO management system. (Manual, procedures, and forms) • Ensure that the Project Coordinators coordinate between external client, site, office, and sub-contractors. • Ensure that the Project Coordinators coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation, coordination, technical, and site installation. • Monitor the daily turnkey and installation schedules. • Responsible for certification of subcontractor and supplier payments. • Responsible for authorization of work orders for site installation and project commencement. • Assist in solving site related technical issues and challenges. (As deemed required) • Approval of the Supplier & Material Requisitions. • Lead and coach the project management function. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. • Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other involved parties Track project milestones and deliverables
